Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Cessmatic, which is operated as a business unit of Hoog Software Private Limited, we strive to deliver high-quality professional registrations, tax filings, and legal consultancies. Due to the nature of corporate compliance, government filings, and direct consultation services, our refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and transparent to both our clients and our operating professionals.


2. Cancellation Guidelines

You may request cancellation of a service order before work has been initiated by our assigned corporate team (CA, CS, or consultant). Once document collection, drafting, or filing processes have begun, cancellations are subject to professional fee deductions.


3. Refund Criteria

  • Full Refund: If a cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing the order AND no professional work, consultation, or document drafting has been initiated by our team.
  • Partial Refund: If cancellation is requested after consultation or document preparation has started but before the application is filed on the government portal. We will deduct a reasonable fee representing the hours of professional consultation and document drafting.
  • No Refund: Once the application has been officially uploaded and filed on the government portal (e.g. MCA, GST, Income Tax, FSSAI portal), the order cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be granted.

4. Government Fees & Out-of-Pocket Expenses

Please note that any official government registration fees, stamp duties, GST, or other third-party filing costs paid directly to government departments on your behalf are strictly non-refundable once deposited. These fees are not retained by Cessmatic and cannot be recovered.


5. Prepaid Wallet Balances

Any refunds initiated due to order cancellations, price adjustments, or promotional bonuses will be credited directly to your secure Cessmatic Prepaid Wallet. Prepaid wallet balances are non-transferable but can be utilized to purchase any other service, catalog package, or compliance product on our website. You can also request a transfer of your wallet balance back to your source bank account by writing to us at support@cessmatic.in.


6. Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (credit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet) within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund transaction has been processed.
